Subjects shown more positive Glassdoor reviews were significantly more likely to send in a CV
Subjects shown more positive reviews required much lower salaries for the same job
All participants in the study – whether shown positive, negative or neutral reviews – agreed that employee reviews are a more reliable indicator of company culture than recruitment advertising or external prizes and awards
