Robert has spent all his career in the technology markets, initially as recruiter and headhunter and then transferred across to work for a recruitment technology vendor in 2003 and has never looked back. Over the last 14 years, he has helped scale a small provider into a global vendor and spent two years at SAP SuccessFactors before joining SmartRecruiters as the first employee in Europe.
