Understanding the Impact
of Employer Brand
By Brandon Hall Group

“Strengthening employer brand” was the top priority for today’s most effective hiring organizations, according to Brandon Hall Group’s 2014 State of Talent Acquisition Study.

And for good reason! Organizations that prioritize employer brand are 250% more likely to rate their overall talent acquisition efforts as highly effective, 185% more likely to have at least a high-level talent acquisition strategy in place and 130% more likely to see increases in employee engagement.

In short, successful employer branding efforts—with an emphasis on measurement, tracking and ROI—can vastly improve organizations’ ability to attract better talent. That’s the skinny of a new research brief from HCM research and advisory firm Brandon Hall Group, which sourced Glassdoor for much of the employer brand metrics referenced in its report.
